Payment Options<\/h1><\/div>

Purchase Procedure at Our Store<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • During business hours at our Zlato Plus store, we prepare a pro forma invoice for you based on the current price of investment gold. Our business hours for trading investment gold are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.<\/li>\n
  • The prices we offer follow the current market rates, which result in constant price fluctuations. Therefore, the validity of the pro forma invoice is limited to one hour. Despite any changes in market prices during this period, your price remains fixed, as it is determined at the time of your inquiry. Within this timeframe, the invoice must be paid, and you are required to send us a payment confirmation.<\/li>\n
  • If the item is in stock, the transaction will be processed immediately. If the item is not available, the standard delivery time is between three and seven working days, except in exceptional circumstances where it may be longer. We will notify you promptly via phone or email when the product is ready for pickup.<\/li>\n
  • Cash payments are limited to \u20ac10,000 in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Law (ZSPNFT). Transactions exceeding this amount must be completed via bank transfer.<\/li>\n
  • Please note that we do not accept credit or debit card payments for in-store purchases. Available payment options include bank transfer or cash payments up to \u20ac10,000.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Online Purchase Procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Payment by Pro Forma Invoice:<\/strong> Upon receiving your order, we will send you a pro forma invoice via email.<\/li>\n
    • Payment Deadline:<\/strong> Due to gold price fluctuations, the payment deadline for the pro forma invoice is one hour. The price is fixed within that period, regardless of market changes. During that time, you need to complete the payment and send a confirmation via email.<\/li>\n
    • Product Availability:<\/strong> After we receive your payment confirmation, if the product is in stock, we will arrange for immediate pickup. If the product is not currently available, the standard delivery time is between three and five working days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer. We will notify you of product availability via phone or email in a timely manner.<\/li>\n
    • Product Pickup:<\/strong> When collecting your ordered product, you will need to present a valid ID for identity verification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Investment Gold Purchases Are VAT-Exempt!<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Purchasing investment gold in Croatia is highly advantageous as it is exempt from VAT and all other taxes, including capital gains tax. For legal entities and sole proprietors, according to the Croatian Tax Administration’s interpretation, gold is treated the same as other financial investments.
