When browsing the pages on www.zlatoplus.com<\/a>, adding products to your cart, modifying the cart content, viewing product pages and their descriptions, and completing a purchase using options such as “Complete Purchase” or “Proceed to Payment,” you are considered a user of the webshop. The user of the webshop www.zlatoplus.com<\/a> agrees to use the pages in a technically proper manner, without abusing the technical or legal aspects of the site, and in accordance with the purpose intended by the webshop owner, Flerovij d.o.o.<\/p>\n

The webshop user agrees to use the webshop lawfully. The webshop owner maintains the functionality of the site according to good business practices but cannot guarantee constant availability of the webshop. In the event of technical or other problems that prevent access, the owner will attempt to resolve the issues as soon as possible. The buyer always submits a purchase or sale offer in writing (hereinafter referred to as “order”), either in person (by signing a contract), via email, or fax (hereinafter referred to as “contract”) within our business hours.
The contract becomes effective when the buyer pays the full purchase price to the company’s account.
All orders are subject to current prices listed in the price list. If the price list changes due to market conditions, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

The agreed price is valid for collection at our office at Domovinskog rata 47, Split. In the case of delivery to the buyer’s address, the buyer is responsible for the delivery\/shipping costs.
The buyer is required to pay the full order amount in advance, no later than 24 hours after accepting the order. This is necessary because precious metals are ordered immediately upon contract conclusion to secure their price.
If a third party makes the payment on behalf of the buyer, the buyer must provide a written statement that there are no obstacles to delivery before receiving the goods.<\/p>\n

Subject of Business<\/strong>
In these General Terms, the subject refers to:<\/p>\n

Gold bars or ingots:
a) Weight accepted on the precious metals market, purity of 995 parts per thousand or higher, whether represented by securities or not.<\/p>\n

Gold coins:
a) Purity of 900 parts per thousand or higher
b) Minted after 1800
c) Currently or formerly legal tender in the country of origin
d) Typically sold at a price not exceeding more than 80% of the open market value of the gold content in the coins.<\/p>\n

Silver:
a) Silver in the form of bars or ingots, weight accepted on the precious metals market, purity of 995 parts per thousand or higher
b) Silver coins with a purity of 833 parts per thousand or higher.<\/p>\n

Products of the Croatian Monetary Institute.<\/p>\n

Since our company sources metals from mints or wholesalers, delivery times may be extended under certain market conditions (e.g., increased demand, special circumstances, etc.).
The company reserves the right to reject a purchase or sale offer.
The company strictly adheres to personal data protection regulations.<\/p>\n

Product Returns<\/strong>
At Zlatoplus.com, we sell products whose prices change daily based on global precious metals market conditions. Therefore, in accordance with European and Croatian legislation, we inform clients that product returns are not possible.
For products in our offering whose prices are not subject to constant changes on the global precious metals market, customers have the right to a return within 14 days of the purchase date, in accordance with legal regulations. The buyer bears the cost of returning the product, according to applicable regulations.

Complaints<\/strong>
If the buyer finds that a product is damaged, faulty, or does not meet expectations upon initial inspection, they must send information about the product, the order number, the invoice number, name, and a description of the complaint to the email address info@zlatoplus.com, by phone at 021\/397-009, via online chat on the website, or by mail to: Flerovij d.o.o., Domovinskog rata 47, 21000 Split.
The company will inform the buyer within two business days whether the product can be replaced or if a refund is possible. If a replacement or refund is possible, the buyer will agree with the company on how to return the product.
Upon receipt of the product, the company will issue a replacement or refund within two business days, depending on stock availability. By accepting visibly damaged shipments, the buyer loses the right to a complaint.
For investment gold and silver, as well as collectible products that are not new and may show signs of use, the company will indicate any defects that affect the value of the product. The buyer accepts the condition of the product upon purchase and has no right to subsequent complaints.
Minor damage and scratches on precious metal products, except for those that significantly affect the value, are not grounds for complaint.
Complaints will not be accepted for products removed from their original packaging or without the accompanying invoice.<\/p>\n

Online Dispute Resolution Platform<\/strong>
In accordance with the EU Regulation on online dispute resolution for consumers, since February 15, 2016, all disputes related to online purchases can be resolved via the ODR platform, available at http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\/<\/a>. Complaints can be submitted in any official EU language.<\/p>\n

Disputes<\/strong>
In case of a dispute, the Seller and the consumer will attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If this is not possible, Croatian courts will have jurisdiction, applying Croatian law. The place of contract and service execution is the Republic of Croatia.
