Delivery and Pickup
The company offers several options for collecting purchased products:
- Personal pickup at the company’s office
- Delivery via courier service
Please note that not all delivery options are available for all products. Delivery methods may vary depending on the products in your cart and their value.
Due to the high value of some products and the potential risk of robbery, as well as to protect its employees and comply with contractual obligations with the insurance company, the company reserves the right to withhold certain collection methods in exceptional situations after products have been ordered and paid for. In such cases, alternative collection options will be offered.
Once the company receives all the necessary information, it commits to enabling the pickup of the products by the customer as soon as possible, depending on availability.
Customers can collect purchased products at the headquarters of Flerovij d.o.o., located at Domovinskog rata 47, Split.
